All sales of training packages are considered final once completed.

Refunds may only be granted under the following circumstances:

- Non‑accessed package: If you purchase a training package but have not accessed or started it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

- Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same training package more than once.

- Technical issues: If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased training package, and our support team cannot resolve it.
